Excellent service. They easily organized a transfer from Cat Ba to Cao Bang, including a transfer to the hotel. The following day, the one-day tour was perfectly organized and executed. The guide was very friendly and spoke perfect English. The ladies in the office were also very friendly and helpful, with perfect English as well, ensuring a thoroughly enjoyable and unforgettable day.
Everything in one place - that’s exactly what I found here. From dorms to more luxurious rooms, there are plenty of options to choose from. They also offer great food, motorbike rentals, excursions, camping, and even a cozy café to relax in. The free bikes were a wonderful bonus, especially for riding around town at sunset. It was such a relaxing trip that helped me unwind and forget all my worries.
Fabulous tour and great guide, we would definitely book again with them. We saw everything we wanted to see and the driver was great throughout, stopping for photos where needed. Thank you.
