Located about 30 kilometers from Cao Bang City, Angel Eye Mountain sits in the Thang Hen Lake area. It is a major highlight of the Non Nuoc Cao Bang UNESCO Global Geopark. The mountain area is currently free to visit.
The valley landscape changes drastically depending on the weather. During the dry season, the valley floor is a dry, grassy meadow. When the rainy season arrives, the meadow floods rapidly into a temporary lake.

This is the main attraction, featuring a 50-meter natural circular hole passing straight through the rock. Hike the lower meadow to capture the hole perfectly framing the sky. The flat ground makes it an easy walk.
